To Whom it May Concern:

If someone were to ask us about our home selling/buying experience, and whether we would do it the same way again, we would say "it's a no-brainer"! In this real estate climate when homes are already being offered at way below what they are worth, the thought always comes to mind "do I really want to pay a traditional real estate company a 5% or 6% commission on top of my already reduced sale price? Most people do not.

So the next thought that comes to mind for many of us is "should we try to sell the home ourselves and save all commission costs and replace them with the lesser cost of advertising ourselves?" You can try it like we did; however, what you don't realize is that you need exposure in the area where everyone looks for homes, namely the MLS. The MLS is only accessible for advertising your home by a licensed realtor.

So, what that means is you pay a flat fee up front, your home gets listed on the MLS where everyone looks for homes, and you begin to get the exposure you need to sell your home. People tried to warn us against this type of flat fee service and that may be true of other flat fee companies, but we can assure you that Anthony Spameni of Tri-County Realty Group was with us every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and real estate business, he knew how to price the home so that we were not "chasing the market", he made solid suggestions about how the home would show the best, and he was in constant communication with us after each showing with feedback and suggestions. Our home went under contract within 45 days.

Once we had an offer, Anthony was there each step of the way through price negotiations, contract signing, inspections, and closing. He was always accessible, and if for some reason we did not get him directly, he would return the call within a very short time. It is truly personalized service. He did not become scarce once the contract was signed, but stayed with us throughout the entire process.

Because Anthony made the selling of our home so smooth, we decided to have him help us on the purchasing side. Once again, Anthony was there for us through the whole process with patience, knowledge, and availability. After spending weeks looking at homes, we found our dream home and thanks to Anthony's keen negotiating skills we are now living there. We often joked with him about calling his company "Above and Beyond Realty Group", because that is the type of service we received. I would highly recommend Anthony Spameni from Tri-County Realty Group, LLC for all of your real estate needs. I was first introduced to Anthony through an advertisement I received in the mail about his flat rate fees. At the time, my home had been listed with another real estate agency for six months and I was getting ready to make the decision as to whether or not to relist with the agency. I needed to sell my home quickly but I also needed to maximize my profit. I knew that I needed to lower the price in order to sell it quickly and I couldn’t do that paying a realtor their traditional commission rate. I also had to take into consideration the stipulations I had to follow in my divorce agreement regarding the sale of my home. I decided to list with Anthony because of his excellent flat rate plan.

As soon as I met Anthony in person I knew I had made the right decision. He meticulously went through my home to make sure every detail on the listing was correct. My home was listed for sale and also for rent with the option to buy. After I sold my home I purchased a piece of land that was bank owned. I choose Anthony as my realtor. Since the property was bank owned it could have been a difficult purchase; the bank had set requirements I had to meet and there were several delays on their part. Anthony again impressed me with his real estate knowledge and made sure I was able to have a smooth closing.
